Pastor Tim is an ordained pastor based in Indiana.  He joined K-LOVE and Air1 Radio Networks as an Associate Pastor in 2014.  Pastor Tim graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Arts and from a Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity (1995). He has served in various ministries which include, Pastor and Chaplain with the State Department of Corrections.  In addition to these ministries, Pastor Tim is also a Lt Colonel and has served as a Chaplain with the National Guard with deployments to Afghanistan and Jordan.  He has a total of 28 years of military service in the Chaplain Corp.  Pastor Tim, in his current role, provides crisis intervention in many different situations for listeners of K-LOVE and Air1 Radio Networks. These duties combine with his continued training/certificates in CISM and Mediation techniques. He is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Pastor Tim baptized 17 soldiers in The Jordan River on Good Friday 2013 on his last military deployment to the country of Jordan. When he has free time he enjoys spending it with his wife and 3 children, and running and fishing.

Matt Roller is the lead pastor at Indianapolis Baptist Temple. Matt grew up at IBT and has served in many ministries of the church. He has led the Youth Group, College, and Couples Ministries as well as being a Sunday School teacher and driver for the Special Needs class. Matt is a graduate of Freedom Seminary in Okeechobee, FL and is currently studying for a Masters in Theology degree from Louisiana Baptist University. Matt’s wife, Bekah, has been a member of IBT since 1987 and conducts ladies Bible studies, helps in the church office and also is available to counsel ladies. Matt and Bekah have three children, Brett, Brandon, and Haley.

Jym has been serving as the Lead Pastor at LifePoint Church since 2009. His primary responsibilities at LifePoint include shepherding, preaching and leadership.
Prior to his time at LifePoint, he served in pastoral ministry in Illinois, on the mission field in Costa Rica and Spain, in higher education in Illinois and Florida, and in law enforcement in Texas. He received Bachelor and Master degrees in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and the Master of Divinity degree at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Jym comes from an eclectic background, having been raised the youngest child in a family of fourteen children to Roman Catholic parents in central Illinois.
​He and his wife, Dedra, have two grown daughters. In his spare time, Jym enjoys outdoor activities and reading, primarily in church history and biographies.

Jason is the Executive Director at Camp Chautauqua in Miamisburg, Ohio. Jason's heart, and the goal of Camp Chautauqua, is to inspire generations to know, love, and serve Christ. When he's not building leaders, running the camp, or organizing missions trips, Jason can be found with his wife and kids or off road, biking the great outdoors.
