RT Stringer
Lead Pastor RT serves as the Lead Pastor. RT has been on staff at Villa since 2016. He also serves as a chaplain in the Indiana Army National Guard. He holds his Bachelor's from Indiana University and his Masters of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Karen, have three children. |

Kristie Watson
Connections Director Kristie was born and raised in Kokomo, IN, and moved to Indianapolis in 2012. She completed her Bachelors of Science degree in Youth Ministry from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010. She began regularly attending Villa in 2014 when she married her husband, Jason. She and Jason have one son, Isaac. |

Kelli Holeyfield
Ministry Assistant Kelli was born and raised right here in Indianapolis, Indiana, and grew up attending church at Villa. She graduated from Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Kelli has three children: Emeri, Kambri, and Leeland. She has a large heart for children and children’s ministries, and works here at our very own Wee Care Early Learning Ministry. Kelli currently assists our Office Manager in daily administrative duties. |

Michael Deputy
Worship Director Michael grew up attending Baptist Academy (now, Central Christian Academy), right here in our neighborhood. He met his wife, Courtney, at Ohio Valley University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology. He came to know Christ at a young age, has always been heavily involved in church music, and enjoys playing sports and video games in his spare time. He and Courtney were married in 2010 and have two beautiful, young children, Gideon and Thea. |
Jimmie Harris
Cares Pastor
Jimmie Harris oversees the Senior Adult Ministries. He has been attending Villa since 1998 when he moved to Indianapolis after retiring from the Army. Jimmie received his Master of Divinity from Oval Bible College. He and his wife, Cindy, have four children and 15 grandchildren.
