Why Wednesday Nights?

Villa Baptist Church has been and will always be a place to grow. Wednesday nights are the perfect time to learn and grow in Christ, no matter the age. We've found that meeting in the middle of the week provides you a great opportunity to recharge and reconnect with other believers to help give you the strength to continue your walk with Christ. 

Three Tracks to Study

​For the adults, we are launching a new initiative of elective classes on themed tracks that are meant to provide you a place and opportunity to dig deeper into the Bible, to learn more about the essentials of Christianity, to get answers about living a God-centered life, engage with our community and of course- to grow.

Essentials

Classes in this track of study focus on teaching you the essential elements of the Christian life found in the Bible. These could be general Bible survey courses or deeper systematic theology. 

Life

Life classes focus on just that- life. Whether it's working on your marriage, managing finances, or even learning to connect better with God, these classes aim to better equip you for the day to day Christian walk. 

Community

At Villa, we care about our community around us. Classes in this track challenge the ordinary way you "do church" and help you to grow more concerned with what is just outside the church doors.

Old Testament
​Survey 2

In this segment of our Old Testament Survey, we take a look at the minor prophets as well as the books of Jeremiah, Lamentations, and Ezekiel. If you've never studied these books or don't know much about them, this is the class for you!

Spiritual Disciplines

What makes up the Christian life? This study on the spiritual disciplines seeks to answer that questions by teaching biblical principles like prayer, bible reading, fasting, journaling, and service. This is the perfect class for anyone new to the faith or looking for a refresher course. 

Personal Finances

Money- wether you have it or you don't, it always seems to be a problem; but what does God say about it? In this class, we will learn ways to manage our money that will honor God and show us to be good stewards of what we've been given.
