At Villa, we believe our children are irreplaceable and our most precious gifts from God.
​Because of this belief, we have implemented a mandatory child check in for each of our kids' ministries for ages birth through 5th grade.

What is Check-In?

Check-In is a child security process that utilizes your contact information to generate a personal security label for each of your children. Security labels contain the child's name, parent contact information for emergencies, and an individual security code that is used to ensure a safe child pickup process.

How does it work?

Check-In is a very simple process! Just follow these 4 easy steps:

1. Enter your phone number

2. Select the child or children you wish to check in

3. Press the "Check In" button

4. Take your security label

Done!

Which ministries use Check-In?

Every children's ministry at Villa will use the new check in system. Every child from birth to 5th grade will be required to check in.  This includes the nursery, Sunday School, church hour, Awana, and even our summer VBS programs. 

Where do I start?

If you've never used the Check-In system at Villa before, you can find a Care Team member and they will get you and your family registered and ready to go!
